Here is the judges' review of the Market Makers paper. The judges have reviewed both the paper and the comments on the forum, and have identified the issues in this paper as being those requiring attention.

The judges felt that some of the requests made by competitors on the forum went beyond what would normally be expected from an academic paper. Therefore some issues raised on the forum are not included in the judges' review. If you made a request on the forum which does not appear in the judges' review, please do not ask for them to change their mind and add it - the review is finalised and additional issues will not be added.

Market Makers now have 7 days to update their paper to answer these issues.
