Hi every body, Please I'm asking if the use of commercial softwares like spss and SAS is leagal. Knowing that at the end the participant will be able to provide his techniques, data and models but not the kernel of the algorithms since they are not accessible. I'm talking here about using the graphic interface of these softwares and not the code.

For exemple, he can say that he used spss decision trees, provide the model configuration, data sets and his saved project in spss format.
