I search for "daysinhospital" in the Forum and get thrown out to Google? That aside, I search for the term because I want to understand the definition of the key objective. Does it require an overnight stay in a hospital? Does it include inpatient service in hospital as a day?  Bearing in mind that the objective is to reduce unnecessary visits to hospital are alternative locations considered as potential days in hospital - eg Specialist Office ? If the Specialist cannot service the member does he send them to inpatients? I have looked in the rules but cannot search the forum (because it send me to Google). Is there a clear defintion of the term "daysinhospital"?
