Rule 8 states that the entries must be uploaded in the manner and format specified on the website, but I've rummaged around on the website everywhere I can think of and I can't find the specifications. The picture at the bottom of the Data page seems to suggest that the interim entries should be in the form of a vector of predicted values for the members and that the prizes for the milestones will be based on predicting the Y2, Y3, & part of Y4 days, but I can't find a clear statement of that either. Could someone point me to the specs?
