If DSFC is the time since that customer's first claim, then I would expect evey MemberID in the Claims file to have a "0- 1 month" entry.  And 77,118 of them do, but there are 171 members with (much) later first claims. 

Question: Are these errors, or patients with a scrubbed earlier claim?

You're right on both accounts. My plan is fix up the forums over the next few weeks once the competition kicks off with submissions. I plan to have things like better forum organization (i.e. subforums), search capability, and fix the remaining display issues.
