We are a group of people wishing to participate in the competition as a team. Do we first 'Enter the Competition' individually and then create the team or must we create it before clicking the 'Enter the competition' button.

I could not find the Team Wizard anywhere.

You need to designate the team leader first and make sure everyone has signed up for an account. Once you've done this, the team leader will click "Make a submission" and will be instructed to create a team by naming it and then searching for other team members. At that team creation time, just enter in your teammates' usernames (or names) in the search facility and then click "Add" for each member.

I did what you said but then it asks me to make an actual submission with an attachment but we don't have anything to submit at this point. So does that mean that the team only gets created once we have something to submit?

I'm confused too. I have my first submission ready but I don't want to submit it in my name alone. I want to pick a team name, add a member, and then complete the submission. But the "select team" button is grayed out.

@nEm25: It looks like you set things up correctly. There are a total of 6 people on your team. Your team has been created, but won't show up on the leaderboard until someone on your team makes a submission.

@Gabi Huiber: You and Jim Golden are on a team and now show up on the leaderboard since you've made a submission. If you want to change your team name or add more people, please contact support at kaggle.com.

I also have the trouble of team construction. I clicked the button Make a submission. However I did not find the button to add my teammates.

I tried search for my team members, but nothing came up. I know they are registered because they downloaded data. What am I missing?

I have exactly the same problem. Can you solve it or at least comment it? It has been already 15 days since IHBI@CMU pointed you out a bug.

These were both handled privately via email but I didn't update this topic.  However for future reference, if you are the team leader and unable to add someone via the "Team" link at the top of the page, then there is a good chance they're already part of a team. In this case, use the "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page and request a team merger.
