Are the members table, claims table, DIH tables different in Release 3?

It is not just the labs table and prescriptions/drugs table that have been released, but also all the other tables.  Is this because the other tables have been updated?  Should I only use the claims table from release 3, or can I continue using it from release 2, to which I have added all my analyses.

You should only use the Release 3 data which fixes some (small) problems in the Release 2 set.

where did the Y1 data for DaysInHospital ? The new release does not contain it. thanks
